Emily Hampshire has been a Canadian actress for over 20 years. Her credits in films include Cosmopolis and ?My Awkward Sexual Adventure ?. While attending a convent-run high school in which she performed school plays, Emily Hampshire began to develop a fascination for arts of performing. As a young child she began with her TV career. After having signed for the role of "Dead innocent," she relocated to Toronto and worked in different acting jobs. She was well-received for her work on both film and on television. Hampshire moved in Los Angeles, where she made appearances in a variety of films. She did voice work for animated series. Emily Smith got married Matthew Smith, an ex-soccer player. They divorced later. Emily Hampshire returned to Toronto for some notable television shows such as Schitt's Creek and 12 Monkeys. She was awarded both the Golden Maple Award as well as the Canadian Screen Award. As a nun in a convent, she was involved in various school plays. From 2007 to 2009 she played Nadine Crowell in the soap-opera General Hospital. One of her best known role is that of Adalind Schade in the popular television series Grimm since the year 2011. Coffee was a regular on The West Wing TV show in 2003, as Cassie Tatum and Franklin & Bash from 2011 to 2012 The two shows were inspired by her character Janie. She also appeared in several episodes of TV series including Yes, Dear, Cold Case, Strong Medicine, NCIS, Bones, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Psych, CSI: Miami, The League, Royal Pains, The Good Guys, CSI: Miami, CSI: Miami, The League, Royal Pains, The Good Guys, etc. Claire Thile married Nickel Creek's Chris Thile in 2013.
